User-Submitted Content
When you submit content (directory listings, blog posts, comments), you grant AIIIN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.
You must have the right to any content you submit. Do not submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Developer Tools
Client-Side Processing
Most AIIIN developer tools process data entirely in your browser. We do not have access to the data you input into these tools. Use them with confidence.
Our developer tools are provided "as is" for free. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that tool outputs are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
6. AI Directory
The AIIIN directory is compiled from publicly available information and direct submissions. While we strive for accuracy:
- Information may not always be up-to-date or complete
- We do not endorse or recommend any listed company
- Listed companies are not affiliated with AIIIN unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove listings at our discretion
If you are a listed company and want to update or remove your listing, please contact us.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use AIIIN for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from AIIIN
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload malicious content or code
- Use our content to build a competing service

8. Disclaimers
No Warranty

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of AIIIN shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as AIIIN is free to use).
